ZHUHAI, GUANGDONG, CHINA (November 1, 2016) – Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, announced today the plans for significant growth in its aftermarket support network in China. Zhenjiang Aerochine Aviation Limited, located in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, is Bell Helicopter’s newest authorized Customer Service Facility (CSF).
Aerochine hosts a 5,200 sq. ft. Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) Part 145 certified maintenance facility and offers non-specialized maintenance capabilities for Bell 407 aircraft. “Bringing on Zhenjiang Aerochine as an authorized CSF reinforces our commitment to enhancing the regional support customers need to continue their operations,” said Glenn Isbell, Bell Helicopter’s Executive Vice President of Customer Support and Services.
Established in October 2015, Zhenjiang Aerochine Aviation Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aerochine Aviation Limited. Zhenjiang Aerochine is an independent MRO facility that has acquired CCAR-145 certification in the second half of this year, and is staffed with a strong team with in-depth knowledge, exceptional skills, and solid experience in maintenance, servicing, and supporting models of Bell helicopters as well as providing quality service to customers.
